Overview: The film tells the story of an idealistic police officer's struggle against smugglers. An international company is involved in arms smuggling. However, arms sales in the country are very low. The head of the holding company believes that advertising is necessary to increase sales. However, advertising arms is prohibited in the country. Therefore, the boss decides to secretly advertise by committing crimes in the country with smuggled arms. He plans to increase anarchy and terrorism among young people to boost arms sales. During a clash, a police officer and a university student are killed. The police officer who dies in the clash is a close friend of Commissioner Cemil. Cemil will collaborate with the university students whose friends were killed to dismantle the criminal organization.
